PARKSIDE

BEACH HOUSE

Located not far from the centre of town on a battle axe block of land. This family holiday home has been designed to capture glimpses of the ocean whilst still nestling into the native vegetation.

The elegant curve ensures that the living spaces get the best orientation to both views and northern sun. Utilising the natural amphitheater contours of the site, a parents retreat cleverly backs into the site at ground level opening out to the courtyard enclosed by the curve.

The timber exterior will age with time and grey off to match the concrete block of the lower level to create a simple muted palette.
